Collagen

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, providing structure and strength to your skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Think of it as the "scaffolding" that holds your body together – it gives your skin elasticity, keeps your joints flexible, and maintains the integrity of your tissues. As you age, collagen production naturally decreases, leading to wrinkles, joint stiffness, and other signs of aging.
