How often do you publish new articles?
We add new guides and deep-dives roughly every week. The pace varies with the research we're reading and the questions members are asking, but you can expect fresh writing on the blog most weeks of the year.
What topics does the blog cover?
Everything under the recovery and longevity umbrella — cold therapy, red light, HBOT, infrared sauna, IV therapy, compression, sleep and the training habits that tie them together. If it's a modality we offer or a habit that moves the needle, we write about it.
Are your posts medically reviewed?
Articles that make physiological or clinical claims are reviewed by our in-house recovery leads, including sports-medicine practitioners. That said, the blog is educational and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice from your own physician.
