How does membership billing work?

Monthly memberships bill automatically on the same date each month to the card on file. There's no contract and no sign-up fee — you're charged only for the month ahead, and you can change or cancel your plan anytime from your account.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. Pause for up to three months if you're traveling or taking a break, or cancel with 30 days' notice — no penalties. Prepaid session packs simply hold their remaining sessions for 12 months from purchase.

What's included in a membership?

Members get unlimited access to core recovery modalities, priority booking across all five South Florida locations, and up to 40% off advanced treatments like HBOT, IV, Ozone, Peptides, and Neurofeedback.

Can I freeze my membership if I'm injured or away?

Absolutely. A freeze holds your rate and benefits without billing while you're paused, and your membership resumes right where you left off — just let the front desk or your account know.

Can I add family members or share my plan?

Memberships are individual, but The Ritual tier includes a monthly guest visit, and family add-on rates are available so partners and household members can join at a preferred price. You can also gift packs to friends and family anytime.

Is HBOT included in the monthly plan?

HBOT isn't part of unlimited access, but members get up to 40% off every session — and the HBOT 8-Pack is the best value if hyperbaric therapy is your main focus.
