Questions, answered
What is the Research Library?
It's a curated collection of studies on the modalities we offer, each summarised in plain language and linked back to the original source. The aim is to let you check the evidence for yourself rather than take a claim on faith.
Are the studies peer-reviewed?
We focus on peer-reviewed research — randomised trials, meta-analyses, cohort studies and systematic reviews published in recognised journals. Where a study has limitations, our summaries say so.
How do you select which studies to include?
We prioritise studies that are directly relevant to the modalities members use, that come from credible journals, and that add something meaningful to the evidence picture. We include cautious and mixed findings, not only positive ones.
Can I read the original source?
Yes. Every entry links out to the source — typically the PubMed listing or the journal itself — so you can read the full abstract or paper and judge the evidence on its own terms.
How does the research inform your treatments?
The protocols we use at the lab are shaped by this evidence base. When the research points to a sensible dose, timing or combination, that's reflected in how our team guides members through each modality.
