Contrast Therapy

Contrast therapy involves alternating between hot and cold treatments to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery. This practice takes advantage of how your blood vessels respond to temperature changes – heat causes vasodilation (expansion) while cold causes vasoconstriction (contraction). This "vascular exercise" can improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and accelerate healing.
