EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation)

EMS uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions, essentially making your muscles work without conscious effort from you. This technology can help build muscle strength, improve endurance, and accelerate recovery by increasing blood flow to treated areas. EMS is particularly useful for targeting deep stabilizing muscles that are difficult to activate through traditional exercise alone.
