Endorphins

Endorphins are your body's natural "feel-good" chemicals, often called natural painkillers because they can reduce pain perception and create feelings of euphoria. These neurotransmitters are released during exercise, stress, pain, and certain activities like laughing or listening to music. Higher endorphin levels contribute to better mood, reduced stress, and improved pain tolerance.
