Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna uses infrared light waves to heat your body directly rather than heating the air around you, allowing for a more comfortable and potentially more beneficial experience than traditional saunas. The infrared energy penetrates deep into your tissues, promoting circulation, detoxification through sweating, and relaxation. Sessions typically last 15-45 minutes at temperatures between 120-140°F.
