Free Radicals

Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage your cells through a process called oxidative stress. They're produced naturally during normal metabolism but can increase due to factors like pollution, stress, poor diet, and UV exposure. While some free radicals are necessary for immune function, an excess can accelerate aging and contribute to various health issues.
