Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle therapeutic technique that stimulates the flow of lymph fluid throughout your lymphatic system, helping remove toxins, excess fluid, and waste products from your tissues. Your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump like your cardiovascular system, so it relies on muscle movement and external stimulation to function optimally. When lymph flow is sluggish, you may experience swelling, reduced immunity, or sluggish detoxification.
