Near Infrared

Near infrared light is a specific wavelength of light energy (700-1000nm) that penetrates relatively shallow into tissues but has powerful cellular effects, particularly on mitochondria. This wavelength is especially effective at stimulating ATP production and can improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support healing. Near infrared is often combined with red light in therapeutic devices.
