Oxidative Stress

Oxidative stress occurs when there's an imbalance between free radical production and your body's ability to neutralize them with antioxidants. This cellular "rust" can damage proteins, fats, and DNA, contributing to aging, inflammation, and various health issues. While some oxidative stress is normal and even beneficial, chronic excessive oxidative stress can overwhelm your body's defense systems.
