Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light (typically 660-850nm) to stimulate cellular function and promote healing. These wavelengths penetrate into your tissues and are absorbed by mitochondria, leading to increased ATP production, improved cellular communication, and enhanced healing responses. The treatment is painless, non-invasive, and can benefit skin health, muscle recovery, and overall cellular function.
